Though we built much of the business originally on locally caught wild salmon, stocks in many of our rivers are now endangered, so we would rather allow these remaining stocks to breed naturally and return to a healthy level and to offer you an organic alternative which is as fully flavoured and firm textured as nature allows. As well as being good for you, it tastes amazing and the texture is excellent!
Our Organic range is expanding all the time however our Organic Smoked Salmon is Award-Winning. You can also try Organic Dill-cured Salmon, Honey-roast Salmon Cutlets, Organic Trout and Organic Smoked Salmon Pâté.
