
Smoked Salmon
Smoked Salmon made in the Scottish Highlands using a traditional smoking recipe for over 25 years, blending rum, molasses and whisky barrel chippings to create a subtle smoky flavour. The flavoursome fresh salmon is delivered to Alness where it is marinaded and slow smoked before being hand-sliced and packed, ready to be despacted across the UK, and in some cases much further.
