A Simple Taste Sensation
This one is pure simplicity. Scottish salmon, hand filleted, lightly brined to give a gentle taste of our unique Summer Isles Foods brine recipe, then lightly smoked for a short time. A real catalyst for flavour for any fish but with Scottish salmon it just comes alive.
From the 200g pack take a portion drop it flesh side down in a hot oiled pan, cook for two mins and then repeat on the skin side until the skin has gone nice and crispy and the fish is just cooked through. Serve with a crisp salad and as much white wine as you feel is required to get over the days events.
