Orders are despatched Monday to Thursday each week for delivery Tuesday to Friday. Please note for December 2017 all orders placed online after Monday 19th December might not be delivered before 02 January 2018! Whilst all reasonable efforts will be made to achieve delivery on your preferred date it cannot be guaranteed. Please allow five working days for preparation and despatch of your order. If you need your order more urgently please telephone us to see if that will be possible.
Our parcels are marked Urgent/Perishable. It is the recipient’s responsibility to refrigerate the food on arrival.
Delivery is free for orders over £60 value to any one UK address (except for Northern Ireland, Scilly Isles, Channel Isles and Isle of Man)
Prices shown do not include the delivery charge which is £4.95 for UK addresses.

Our last despatch date before Christmas is Tuesday 19th December 2017 to ensure that all parcels are received. To guarantee delivery before Christmas we would advise to have your order in to us by Tuesday 12th December 2017.
1st December – 8h December:
We can deliver on any specific week day between the 1st of December and the 9th of December. This excludes Mondays. If you require a delivery on a certain day we would advise you to place an order for a date in this week.
11th December – 15th December:
We cannot guarantee a specific delivery day on this week. If you request delivery on this week it may be delivered any day Tuesday to Friday. Please provide us with a delivery message if needed and we can put this on your order.
18th – 22st December:
Our last delivery day is Wednesday 20st December (Thursday 21st December for 2 day deliveries). We cannot guarantee a specific delivery day on this week. If you request a delivery on this week it may be delivered on the Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday. Please provide us with a delivery message if needed and we can put this on your order. We must advise that orders delivered on Thursdays would be orders that have taken two working days to deliver. (We are limited to how many orders we can accept for this week. To ensure you get this delivery week please order as soon as possible to avoid disappointment)
December Deliveries to Northern Ireland, Channel Isles and Isle of Wight:
Orders being delivered to the locations above will incur a delivery charge of £12.00 per address. This is due to being charged the ferry rates per parcel with our courier. The last day we would despatch to these locations would be Monday 18th December 2017. This is because deliveries may take up to four working days.
Deliveries to Europe:
This year, our final despatch date for deliveries to Europe will be Monday 18th December 2017. This because deliveries may take up to four working days. Orders being delivered to Europe will incur a delivery charge of £37.50 per address. This is because we are using Parcel Force Euro. Orders to Europe must be placed over the phone. The last date we can accept an order for Europe is Tuesday 12th December 2017.
Deliveries between Christmas and New Year:
This year we will be despatching on 27th of December for deliveries on 28th / 29th of December. To ensure you receive your order for these dates, please place the order by Tuesday 19h December 2017.
We offer a gift card service at no extra charge. You can include a short personal message with your order.
We are open for business as usual on Wednesday 3rd January 2017 and will be able to despatch orders from this date.
Delivery damage or faulty goods
In the event of damaged or faulty goods, customers must contact Summer Isles Foods immediately. Perishable goods must have been kept refrigerated from the day of delivery.
You can store most items for 14 days in a good fridge and 2-3 months in a freezer.
