Smoke Roasted Salmon

Smoke roasted salmon differs from traditional smoked salmon as there is an added heat source during the smoking process which allows the fish to be simultaneously smoked and cooked – an increasingly popular way of eating salmon, mainly due to its fantastic versatility of being able to eat cold or warm-through for an exciting meal.

There are other versions of smoke roasted salmon available but the Summer Isles version is quite unique with a hint of tarragon to flavour the wonderfully meaty and juicy cutlet. It’s a great way to introduce people to smoked salmon and is extremely useful to have in the fridge to prepare a quick but delicious lunch or evening meal.
